Texas History Has Returned
The Stagecoach Restaurant is a longstanding traveler’s pit-stop and town watering hole, serving Salado locals and passersby since 1947. It will offer guests breakfast, lunch, and dinner fare from a contemporary menu where Old Texas tradition meets modern techniques.
With an emphasis on local sourcing and the mindset of a hospitable Southern host, the experience will feel laid back and familial, with impeccable quality and attention to detail.
- Happy Hour | Wednesday thru Friday, 4:00pm – 6:00pm
- Lunch | Wednesday thru Saturday, 11am – 5pm; Sunday 11am-3pm
- Dinner | Wednesday & Thursday, 5pm – 8pm, Friday & Saturday, 5pm – 9pm
- Stagecoach Breakfast | Saturday & Sunday, 8:00-11:00am
- Bibb’s Bakery | coffee, pastries, pies & cakes during Restaurant hours. Head to the Mercantile at Stagecoach Inn for grab-n-go pastries when the restaurant is not open.
